The compact M-ROBO linear drives of the LDB series with belt drive have high performance characteristics such as high rigidity, speed, accuracy and repeatability. They can be easily combined and built into multi-axis linear displacement systems with numerical control.
Ball guides with zero backlash are used as guides, which ensures high load capacity and precision movements of large masses at high speed. When equipped with a toothed belt, high torques can be achieved under variable loads with good positioning accuracy, low wear and low noise. The ball-screw transmission is equipped with high torques and load capacity with high accuracy and repeatability of positioning.
The self-supporting aluminum housing is made of a single piece, has a large cross-sectional area. The housing has T-shaped slots for mounting the linear actuator, sensors and switches. An anti-corrosion protective strip with a sealing rubber band and covers prevent dust and other contaminants from entering the working bodies. The movable plate is made of aluminum and has a grid of threaded connection holes. All parts are covered with a protective layer by chemical anodizing.
