Milling processing

Laser engraving and marking

Application of the logo, serial number, part name, deep engraving of the inscription, production of the nameplate, badge.

Processed material: metals, plastics, leather, fabrics with inorganic fillers or dyes. 

Maximum marking depth: 1.2 mm.

Minimum width of the marking line: 0.01 mm.

Supported file formats: CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Photoshop.

Laser cutting

The maximum dimensions of the workpiece: 3000x1500 mm.

Maximum processing thickness of carbon steel: 10 mm.

Maximum processing thickness of stainless steel: 5 mm .

Maximum thickness of processing of non-ferrous metals and alloys: 3 mm.

Supported file formats: CorelDraw, AutoCAD, DXF, DWG.

Laser welding

Material to be welded: carbon steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant, non-ferrous metals and alloys.

Maximum billet size: The sheet is 1500x1500 mm, the cylinder is 500 mm in diameter.

Types of welded joints: butt joints, lap joints, corner joints, T-shaped joints, end joints.

Maximum welding thickness of carbon steel: 10 mm.

Maximum welding thickness of stainless steel: 5 mm .

Maximum welding thickness of non-ferrous metals and alloys: 3 mm.

Bending the sheet

Automated bending of sheet metal.

Nominal pressure force: 130 t.

Bending length: 3200 mm.

The maximum bending thickness for a length of 3200 mm is 6 mm.

The maximum bending thickness for a length of 2500 mm is 8 mm.

The maximum bending thickness for a length of 1500 mm is 10 mm.

Powder coating and chemical coatings
