DESCRIPTION
The M-ROBO M-43 mini is a small-sized CNC milling and engraving machine for industrial use. It is designed for performing various milling, engraving, drilling, threading, and contouring operations on various surfaces of non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
The special feature of this machine is its compact size and ease of use. It has a vertical milling gantry-type structure with a movable table. This design allows processing on flat and curved surfaces.
The M-43 mini machine provides high precision and processing quality through the use of guides, ball screw gears and high-precision servo motors. At the same time, its protective cabinet fence ensures the safe operation of the operator.
The machine's features also include its convenience when working in a confined space. The service area is only 2 m2 and is carried out from two sides, which allows you to install the machine near the wall.
This equipment has the ability to perform engraving operations on various materials, including carbon and stainless steels, heat-resistant titanium and aluminum alloys, plastics, textolite, stone, and many others.
Various additional functions are integrated into the machine to ensure operator comfort and ease of operation. There is a window in the engine compartment for maintenance of moving mechanical parts and electric drives of the machine. In the lower part of the machine there is a hopper for collecting chips, which can be extended from the front side. At the back of the machine there is an electric cabinet and a window for maintenance of the electric drive.
