Type of transmission and guide

The compact linear electric drives of the LED-H series with a gear belt drive have high performance characteristics such as high rigidity, speed, accuracy and repeatability. They can be easily combined and built into multi-axis linear motion systems with numerical control.

 

Ball guides with zero backlash are used as guides, which ensures high load capacity and precision movements of large masses at high speed. When equipped with a timing belt, high torques can be achieved under variable loads with good positioning accuracy, low wear and low noise. When equipped with a ball-screw transmission, high torques and load capacity are provided with high accuracy and repeatability of positioning.

 

The self-supporting housing is made of sheet steel. The housing has threaded holes for mounting the linear actuator, sensors and switches. The corrugated protection prevents dust and other contaminants from entering the working organs. The movable plate is made of aluminum and has a grid of threaded connection holes.
